Our Daily production capacity is about 25 tons, 10% of the products are Carded, 10% Combed, 40% is Compact yarns and 40% Core spun lycra yarns. Our machinery parks are the latest technology of RIETER except the winding is Muratec and Savio. Quality is our priority so we are using triple contamination control system the first one by Jossi Detector which equipped in Blow Room to minimize the foreign substances, the second one by Loepfe and the last is Uster Quantum yarn detectors which exist in all spindles, by the triple contamination system the irregularity in yarn's count and foreign substances are entirely eliminated.
